                   	     ORDINANCE NO. 9763
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ABANDONMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
                   OF SEWER LINES RUNNING THROUGH PARKRIDGE
                   MEDICAL CENTER MEDICAL BUILDING NORTH OF
                   MCCALLIE AVENUE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned and accepted the sewer lines running through 
Parkridge
         Medical Center Medical Building north of McCallie Avenue, map
         attached hereto and incorporated herein.
               
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as 
provided
         by law.
